My name is Sarah Heying and this is my family genealogy site. There are two other genealogy sites out there, at least that I'm aware of, each representing different branches of the Heying family; one which was based primarily in Iowa, and the other in Missouri. I wasn't satisfied with either of those sites and I longed to know how we all fit together. The obvious conclusion was for me to do my own research and share it with family members, and anyone else who could possibly be interested, to see if a link could be made. Today, I have mapped a direct link between myself and 966 direct family members, which includes 369 distinct families. We're all related, and this fascinates me.
